First step

Select the repair service you would like to use. Be sure to pick the correct service and select the postage service you feel would suit you best.

Free or standard shipping will require you to pack and send us your console via any method you find best. 
If required we can send a pre-paid label for convenience.

Home collection will only require you to pack your device and await communication via EMAIL or PHONE.
We will contact and request when the most convenient collection time is and place the collection order.

Second step

Pack your device in a well-secured box.
You want to be sure the device is safe from damage in transport!

If you have selected the free or standard shipping,
please visit your local postal service and ship your device to the

The third and final step

We'll contact you as soon as we have repaired your device

We will then pack your device in a well-secured box, and ship your device back ASAP

We will send your device via DPD tracked and signed with the relevant insurance to cover the cost of the device and then provide you a tracking number to keep updated with the location of your device!

Upon receiving, if you are unhappy with the service you have received in any way, please contact us right away, we will do our best to help!

We aim to get everything completed on the same day it arrives.
This usually means from the day you ship it (if it is next day delivery) we would usually have the device back to you on the 3rd working day.

If the repair is completed after 3 PM, the device will be shipped the following working day.

Please take into consideration we do not work on Sundays.

If we are unable to fix the device, we will contact you via EMAIL or CALL.
We will let you know the reason for not being able to repair the device and apply a repair attempt fee of £20.
We will ship your device back and refund you the FULL payment for the service (minus the shipping fee)

We offer a 90-day warranty on all repairs!

This warranty covers the repair we have done so if, for example, we replace your HDMI port, but 3 days later the port is not functioning (not due to damage caused by yourself), we will take the device back and repair it the issue at no cost.
